Both the sides were heard. Court was not inclined to grant bail. Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submitted that the applications may be allowed to be withdrawn. It is submitted that the co-accused has been granted bail. The

rpa 2/2 5 ba 616, 760 2021.doc applicants are in custody from 2nd July, 2020. C.A. report is awaited. Hence, liberty may be granted to the applicant to prefer fresh application for bail in the event trial is not concluded within a period of six months from today.

In view of submissions, the applications are allowed to be withdrawn. In the event trial is not concluded within a period of six months from today, the applicant would be at liberty to prefer fresh application for bail.

Bail Application Nos.616 of 2021 and 760 of 2021, stand disposed of accordingly.
