Heard. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that Respondent No.2 Ravindra Ganesh Kulkarni, District Resettlement Officer, Pune has filed affidavit dated 31.07.2017 and thereafter another affidavit dated 11.08.2017. He submits that pursuant to these two affidavits, the Petitioner made Application dated 16.02.2018 for allotment of lands. He submits that as per their affidavits they will take appropriate steps and decide the Petitioner's Application dated 16.02.2018 within two months from today and intimate the decision thereof to the Petitioner. The statement made by the learned AGP on behalf of the concerned officer is accepted.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned AGP, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with direction to the State Government Basavraj G. Patil 1/2

26.1845.13-wp.doc to decide the Petitioner's Application dated 16.02.2018 within two months from today. No order as to costs.

Liberty granted to the Petitioner to move this court in case of non compliance of this order.
