This is an application for extension of cash security granted to the applicant vide order dated 29th November, 2018. Applicant was granted bail by order dated 11th September, 2018. Subsequently, applicant had preferred an application for grant of facility of cash security for a temporary period. Applicant was permitted to furnish cash security in the sum of Rs.20,000/- by order dated 29th November, 2018 for a period of six weeks. It is submitted that applicant has not able to furnish surety in accordance with the order dated 11th September, 2018, he requires

Considering the submissions, facility of cash security granted to the applicant vide order dated 29th November, 2018 is extended by a period of four weeks to enable the applicant to furnish surety in accordance with order dated 11th September, 2018. 3.

Application stands disposed off.
