We have perused the judgment and order passed by the Learned Single Judge. By the impugned order, the Learned Single Judge upheld that the order passed by the Commissioner for workmen's compensation, who was pleased to dismiss the application on the ground of delay caused in filing the application. Admittedly, there was a delay of four

2/2 LPA 251 of 2009 years in filing the application.

The Appellant has taken a stand that since the settlement talks were in progress, he did not file claim application till 2000. 4.

We concur with the view taken by the Learned Single Judge. LPA, therefore, is dismissed.
