The applicant is apprehending arrest in C.R. No.149 of 2020, lodged at Tilaknagar Police Station, Dombivali under Section 501 of IPC and Section 67A of I.T. Act. The complainant has lodged complaint against Secretary and other office bearers of society of building where he resides with family. He received call and messages from unknown person. The phone number of complainant was uploaded on porn dating website by someone. Hence he received Digitally signed by RajeP.

Aher number was uploaded from phone number of applicant. The applicant is husband of secretary of society. Contention of the applicant is that, cell phone which was purportedly used in the crime

was sold to Amazon in exchange of purchase of new phone. The applicant shall cooperate with the investigation to obtain further details about the cell phone of the applicant. 2.

The applicant was granted interim protection on 25th January, 2021. He has complied the directions of attendance. The applicant contends that he has been falsely implicated in this case. According to respondent there is sufficient material to show that applicant has uploaded number of complaints.

Since applicant is willing to cooperate with investigation, custodial interrogation is not necessary. 4.

Hence, I pass the following order.

O R D E R

i) Anticipatory Bail Application No. 226 of 2021, is allowed;

ii) In the event of arrest of applicant in C.R. No. 149 of 2020, registered with Tilak Nagar Police Station, the applicant be released on bail on executing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only), with one or more sureties in the like amount;

iii) The applicant shall report Investigating Officer as

and when called for, till filing of charge-sheet; iv) Application stands disposed of accordingly.
