This Application is moved by the applicant for condonation of delay of 16 days in filing Criminal Revision Application. 3.

The learned counsel submitted that the applicant/accused has filed Criminal Revision Application against conviction for the offences punishable under section 279, 337 of Indian Penal Code and Section 184 of Motor Vehicles Act. He submitted that the delay is not intentional and is caused due to unavoidable circumstances. Hence, he prays for condonation of delay.

In view of the short period of delay and the reasons mentioned therein, delay is condoned.

Criminal Application is allowed and is disposed of accordingly.
