None present for the Petitioner. The impugned order is dated 11/12/2013. The Writ Petition is filed on 27/1/2014. Notices were issued on 2/3/2014. Bhatta was not paid within the stipulated time. The Petitioner has not taken any steps since the filing of the petition. The dispute is pending before the Co-operative Court at Sangli since 2009 and is registered as Dispute Application No.888/2009. It appears that the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter. Hence the matter stand dismissed for want of prosecution. Office to communicate this order to the concerned Court forthwith.
