The husband has filed Divorce Petition in the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Beed whereas the wife is residing at Mandavgan Taluka, Shirur Pune. The wife is having no source of income and it is inconvenient for her to attend the Court at Ashti. 2.

Both learned advocates for the parties on instructions agree that the Divorce Petition should be transferred to the Court of Civil Judge,Senior Division, Srigonda. Hence, Misc. Application is allowed.

HMP No. 104 of 2017 pending before the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Beed is hereby transferred to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Srigonda District Ahmednagar for trial according to law.

The Superintendent, Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Beed is directed to transmit the record to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Srigonda at the earliest. 5.

The parties are directed to remain present before the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Srigonda on 26.10.2018 without claiming for any notice of transfer. The opponent shall bear the travelling expenses of the applicant for attending the Court at Srigonda from Shirur.

Misc.Application is disposed of.
