The Application is preferred for condonation of delay. As stated that though served none appears for Respondent no. 2. This Application is taken with the assistance of learned Advocate for the Applicant and learned APP. There is an delay of 264 days caused in filing the Appeal. The delay is caused as the Applicant is in jail. There is no one to take decision in the family the Applicant also could not immediately given instructions to an Advocate, considering this delay is caused.
