This is an application for pre-arrest bail in C.R. No. 384 of 2019 registered with Mulund Police Station, Mumbai, for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 465, 468 and 471 r/w 34 of the IPC.

By order dated 01/02/2021 this Court for the reasons detailed in the order, had granted interim bail to the Applicant. Learned APP states that pursuant to the said order, the Applicant has cooperated with the investigation and that the investigation has been completed and charge-sheet has been filed. Presence of the Applicant is not required for custodial investigation.
