This Application is for bringing legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No.3 i.e. Bhikaji Govind Otari on record as legal heirs, whose names are shown as 3(a) to 3(e) in the title clause. 3.

It is further informed that Respondent No.2 also died. However his legal heirs are already on record as Respondent Nos.3 to 7. Thus prayer is made to delete name of Respondent No.2. The prayer is allowed.
