.. Respondents Mr. Y. D. Dalavi for petitioner.

Mr. D. R. Shah a/w N. D. Sharma for respondent no.1 - UOI. CORAM: NARESH H. PATIL & SMT. BHARATI H. DANGRE, JJ.

JUNE 09, 2017.

P.C.

1.

The petitioner claims to be President of Asahi India Glass Employees Union. He is aggrieved by communication made by Axis Bank Ltd., whereby the petitioner was prevented from operating the bank account registered in the name of Union i.e. Account No. 036010100037475. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that direction be issued to the respondent-Bank to de-freez and allow the petitioner to use the said account.

12-wp-1839-16 2.

From the record placed before us, it is noticed that there seems to be some dispute between the members of the Union, the office bearers etc. It seems that there are groups. We would not address these issues in respect of internal disputes between the members of the Union in this proceeding. However, the petitioner may get the issue resolved from alternate appropriate forum.

3.

Keeping all issues on merits open, petition is disposed of. (SMT. BHARATI H. DANGRE,J.) (NARESH H. PATIL,J.)
