1) Heard. This is an application seeking permission to travel abroad. Applicant herein seeks liberty to travel to Sri Lanka from 06/03/2017 to 27/03/2017 both days inclusive. Applicant herein was granted pre-arrest bail vide order dated 03/02/2014. One of the condition imposed upon the applicant while granting pre-arrest bail was that he shall not leave India without previous permission of this Hon'ble Court.

2 924.55.17 appp 2) It appears from the records that earlier, applicant was permitted to travel abroad by this Court. He has not committed breach of any conditions imposed upon him. Applicant therefore deserves to be granted liberty to travel abroad.

O R D E R

(i) Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant is permitted to travel abroad i.e. from 06/03/2017 to 27/03/2017, both days inclusive, to Sri Lanka. (iii) The applicant shall furnish details of his itinerary including flight details to the concerned police station.

(iv) He shall furnish his mobile number and address where he intends to reside during his travel.

(v) On his return from Sri Lanka, he shall inform the same to the concerned police station.

(vi) Application is accordingly disposed of.
