P.C. :- By this Application the Applicant - State seeks leave to file Appeal against the Judgment of the Additional Sessions Judge, Karad, District - Satara, dated 7.10.2014, in Sessions Case No.31 of 2011, acquitting the Respondents for offence punishable under Sections 302, 307, 323 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 25 of the Arms Act. 2.

We have heard the learned APP with whose assistance we have perused the findings recorded by the Trial Court. Upon such perusal, in our opinion, this is a fit case for granting leave.

We, accordingly, allow this Application and grant leave as prayed for. Appeal filed by the State stands admitted. Action under Section 390 of the Code of Criminal Procedure be taken by the Trial Court by issuing bailable warrant for Rs.20,000/- each against the Respondents. (DR.SHALINI PHANSALKAR-JOSHI, J.)
