Learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions, does not press these applications, at this stage, and seeks withdrawal of these applications with liberty to the applicants to move before the trial court after charge-sheet is filed. 3.

Permission is granted. Both applications are allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the applicants to approach the trial court for their release on bail after the charge-sheet is filed. 4.
