In all these Interim Applications, the applicants/ petitioners desire to amend the petitions in terms of the proposed amendments set out below the schedules annexed to the Interim Applications. Two prayers are also sought to be added. This is on account of certain material which the petitioners have recently noticed.

None appears for the non-applicants, who have already appeared in the writ petition proceedings.

Since the affdavit-in-reply on behalf of the nonapplicants has still not been fled in these proceedings and for the reasons set out in the applications, the same are allowed with the following directions :- (a) The amendment, as required by procedure, shall be carried out on or before 25/02/2022.

(b) A freshly typed amended copy of the writ petition shall be placed on record in each matter, on or before 25/02/2022.

(c) Copies of the amended writ petition be served on the colleague Advocate in these proceedings.

(d) Subject to the compliance of the above, these writ petitions be listed for admission/hearing on 09/03/2022. ( RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.)
