Heard. By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner challenges the order dated 08.12.2015 passed by the Bombay City Civil Court in Chamber Summons No.478/2015 in Suit No.517/2008 rejecting their Application for leave to file suit against the Court Receiver. He submits that the Court Receiver was discharged by the Bombay City Civil Court by order dated 25.07.2016 below Exhibit- 29. In view of the subsequent development, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he received instructions from their client, who is present in court, to withdraw the Writ Petition. To that effect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
