We find that this Writ Petition lacks in some essential pleadings and necessary details regarding full description of the property and obtaining of development/ building permission. It also appears that there is one joint owner of the property who has not filed this Petition.

This Petition, therefore, in present form, cannot be entertained by this Court and is accordingly dismissed with liberty to file a fresh Petition with proper pleadings and proper prayers, supported by necessary documents, if any.

Writ Petition stands disposed.
