In pursuance of Order dated 04.05.2017, a notice has been served upon Respondent No.2 and the Respondent No.2 is personally present in the Court. The learned Counsel for the Applicant submitted that the parties herein have settled the matter amicably and Applicant No. 1 and Respondent No. 2 who are husband and wife have decided to cohabit together. Respondent No.2, through the learned APP submitted that she has entered into a compromise with the Applicant No.1 in the proceedings pending before the Family Court at Mumbai. Respondent No.2 further submitted that she is not interested in prosecuting the present crime against the Applicant. In view thereof, interim relief granted by Order dated 04.05.2017 is hereby confirmed.
