Upon production, taken on board. 2] The challenge in this petition is to the order dated 24 September 2015 made by the Minister (Revenue) granting ex-parte "status quo", pending revision instituted by the Respondent No.5. 3] Mr. Khandeparkar, learned counsel for the Petitioner, submits that in a matter of this nature there was no question of ordering status quo in relation to the property. Upon perusal of the order and the context in which it is made, it is quite clear that status quo granted relates to the entry in the revenue record and nothing further. In fact, this is also the understanding of Respondent No.5. 1/2

DSS p-22-wp-969-16 4] However, the statement of the learned AGP to the effect that revision before the Minister (Revenue) itself will be disposed of within a period of three months from today is accepted and directions are also issued to the said effect. 5] The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
