This is an application for restoration of Criminal Application No.729 of 2015.

Vide Order dated 2nd May 2023, the Applicant was directed to serve Respondent No.1 by all possible legal mode and to file Affidavit of service after Respondent No.1 is duly served within a period of eight weeks, failing which the Application was to be dismissed without further reference to the Court.

In view of the conditional order as stated above, the Criminal Application No.729 of 2015 has been dismissed for want of prosecution.
