Upon hearing the learned counsel for the parties, Civil Applications seeking condonation of delay are allowed and are disposed of.

The Appeals are also taken up on board and admitted.

There shall be a restraint upon the respondents from executing the impugned awards subject to the appellant depositing in the Reference Court the entire awarded amount together with interest and costs within a period of six weeks from today. In case of default, in the matter of deposit, the interim order shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court. If such amounts are deposited, the Reference Court to order investment of the deposited amount in an appropriate interest bearing instrument (Nationalized bank).

The respondents are at liberty to take out the applications seeking withdrawal of the compensation amount. Such applications to be decided on their own merits. Appellants to file private paper book within a period of one year from today.
