In the verifcation to the petition, he has stated that he agrees with the contents of this petition and he believes the contents to be true and correct. The verifcation is sworn before Shri G.U. This matter was heard for quite some time on 03/02/2022 and was posted today to enable Shri Reddy, the learned Advocate representing the AGRC, to take instructions. 3.

Considering the order that I am passing by consent, I am not adverting to the controversies that have emerged from the Advocates for the petitioner trying to log-in on 23/12/2021 so as to address the AGRC and the AGRC contending that a junior Advocate representing Advocate Tripathi had logged-in and was seeking an adjournment consistently. Suffce it to say that the learned Advocate for the AGRC has taken instructions and submits that in the proceedings bearing No.205 of 2021, the petitioner would be heard on the interim application for stay/protection within three weeks. He submits that the petitioner and the concerned respondents and/or their Advocates can appear before the AGRC, if a physical hearing is arranged. If not, they can log-in through the virtual mode. They can also tender written notes of submission alongwith case-law, to be delivered to the AGRC on or before the date of hearing.

In view of the above, this petition preferred by Bashir Sayya Khalil is disposed off with the following directions :- (a) Appeal No.205 of 2021 shall be listed on 18/02/2022 at 2.00 p.m.

(b) The petitioner and/or his Advocate can appear in person if a physical hearing is arranged. If not, they can log-in through the virtual mode and address the AGRC.

3/3 1 WP-907-22.doc (c) Before the date of hearing, the petitioner shall ensure that the written notes of submissions and case-law on his behalf are delivered to the AGRC through Internet (soft copy) as well as the hard copy. No option is being given to the petitioner to choose either of the two.

(d)After the hearing on the above scheduled date, the AGRC would close the proceedings for passing it's interim order and such order shall be delivered on 15/03/2022 at 3.00 p.m. Copies of the interim order shall be kept ready so as to be received by the petitioner and other litigating parties on payment of fees, if any, on the same day.

(e) Since the petitioner is before this Court, this order is restricted to the extent of the petitioner-Bashir Sayya Khalil only.
