Vide order datedd 13 th July, 2020 passed in Bail Application No. 3626 of 2019, the applicant was directed to be released on bail. On 21 st October, 2020, this Court further extended the period by two months to furnish the surety. Today, the learned Counsel on instructions,

Rane 2/2 sr.4, 2.2.2021 submits that, the applicant needs further time of two weeks to furnish the surety.

That for the reasons stated in the application, two weeks time is granted to furnish the surety. Accordingly, application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed off.
