We heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the Respondents. It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that a copy of the Award has been received by the Petitioner after filing of the Writ Petition. The Petitioner claims to be the tenant. The name of the Petitioner is not disclosed in the Award. The Petitioner has remedy under Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.
