The applicant is seeking regular bail after being chargesheeted in crime no. 200 of 2019 registered with Malegon Chavani police station for the offence punishable under sections 392 r/w. 34 of IPC.

The applicant was arrested on 07/08/2021. The other 10 co-accused are already released either by this Court or by Session Court.

In that view of the matter and having regard to the fact that there are no criminal antecedents against the applicant, case for grant of regular bail is made out.

The applicant be released on bail in crime no. 200 of 2019 akn 1/2

2/2 36.BA.312.2022.doc registered with Malegon Chavani police station for the offence punishable under sections 392 r/w. 34 of IPC upon furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

The applicant shall attend the Investigating OfÏcer as and when directed.

The applicant shall neither influence the witnesses nor tamper with the evidence in any manner.

The application stands disposed of.
