Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that investigation into the FIR No.192 of 2013, registered with Sangvi Police Station, Pune is already complete and thereafter chargesheet is filed and the case is committed to the Sessions Court at Pune. He further submits that the complainant is from Calcutta and the petitioner does not wish to file discharge application. He requests early disposal of the Sessions Case.

In the above circumstances and in the interest of justice, we direct the learned Sessions Court at Pune to frame charges against the accused in Sessions Case No.744 of 2013 and thereafter record the evidence of the victim as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
