This is subsequent application seeking enlargement on bail in Crime No. 152 of 2017 registered at Mhasrule Police Station, Nashik for offence punishable under section 302, 307, 326, 143, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3 read with section 25, 4 read with section 25, 7 read with 25 of the Indian Arms Act. The earlier application was withdrawn on 14/8/2018 only when the Court had disclosed that the application for bail would be dismissed.

Today, learned Counsel for the applicant fairly submits that there is no change in the circumstances, but prays that the trial be expedited.

1.ba222.19.doc In view of the above, the application stands dismissed as not pressed. Learned Sessions Judge shall expedite the trial and as far as possible conclude the recording of evidence within 10 months from framing of charge.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
