The challenge in this petition, is to the order dated 6 December 2019, below Exh. U-2, in Complaint (ULP) No.185/2018, passed by the Industrial Court at Nashik. 2.

By the impugned order, the application filed by the Petitioners under Section 30(2) of the Maharashtra Recognition of Trade Unions & Prevention of Unfair Labour Practices Act, 1971, seeking interim relief has been rejected. Mamta Kale page 1 of 2

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners. The learned counsel, on instructions, is limiting the prayer for expediting the hearing and disposal of the complaint, which is pending before the Industrial Court at Nashik. In as much as, there is no adverse order being passed against the Respondents, I do not find it necessary to issue notice to the Respondents. 4.

The petition is disposed of. The learned Industrial Court shall proceed to hear and decide the Complaint (ULP) No.185/2018 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the receipt hereof.
