Prima-facie, the complaint shows complicity of the applicant in the subject crime. Besides, the applicant is accused in Crime Nos. 196/2015 and 13/2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegations in the earlier crimes

registered against the applicant were same as alleged in the present crime. Additionally, it appears the applicant had committed the alleged offence while she was released on bail in the earlier two offences i.e. C.R. No. 196/2015 and C.R. No. 13/2016. In view of the facts of the case and for the reasons stated, the Anticipatory Bail Application is rejected.
