Grievance of the Appellant is that though the evidence of the prosecutrix is recorded before the trial Court, the trial is not proceeding in usual course and the matter is unnecessarily delayed. Learned Counsel submits that if the directions are issued to the trial Court to expedite the trial, he will not press this Appeal.

We find that his request is reasonable. We allow withdrawal of this Appeal with the directions to the trial court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible and preferably within four months from today.
