In this Petition, the Petitioner has challenged the order dated 3.5.2021 passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone-IV, Ulhasnagar externing him outside the limits of Mumbai City, Thane District as well as Karjat & Panvel Talukas of Raigad District for a period of two years. 2.

The record of the Petition does not show that any stay was granted to the operation of the impugned order. The period of externment from the date of that order is already over.
