The learned counsel for Respondent No. 1- CIDCO on instruction submits that as a special case the Petitioner's matter was considered and vide resolution No. 12057 passed on 31st July, 2018, it has been resolved to pay the Petitioner in addition of the premium the interest amount of Rs. 20,12,226/- accrued upto 31st July, 2018.

In the circumstances, we dispose of this Petition by directing Respondent No. 1 to immediately act upon the said resolution No. 12057. The resolution is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

The Petition stands disposed of as such.
