Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the Respondent - State.

This is an application seeking modification of the order dated 19th June 2018 passed in ABA No.846 of 2018. The applicant herein was on anticipatory bail vide order dated 19th June 2018. The operative order reads thus :

"(i)The application is allowed;

(ii)In the event of arrest, the applicant be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with one or more solvent sureties in the like amount.

The learned counsel submits that the investigating agency desires to file charge-sheet and have called upon the applicant. However, in view of the pandemic, it is not possible to get solvency certificate and hence, he seeks modification of the order. However, the learned APP submits that charge-sheet is not likely to be filed till second week of July. In view of this, there is sufficient time for the applicant to obtain solvency certificates. Application stands disposed of.
