By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to register an FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 1st June, 2020.

Learned APP, on instructions, submits that the Police after conducting a preliminary inquiry, have come to a conclusion that the dispute between the parties is of a civil nature and have communicated the said decision to the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings as maintainable in law before the appropriate Court. 4.

The petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. 5.

We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the petition and as such, all contentions of all parties are kept open. 6.

All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
