This application is preferred by plaintiff for stay of the operation and implementation of the impugned judgment and decree dated 24.12.2013 passed by Trial Court i.e. City Civil Court at Dindoshi (Borivali Division), Goregaon, Mumbai in S.C.Suit No.1447 of 2004 by which Suit stand dismissed.

Considering the fact that the suit filed by the applicant plaintiff stand dismissed and applicant is seeking stay of the order by which suit stands dismissed, that cannot be granted. Hence, Civil Application stands rejected.
