Perused the material placed on record. Without going into the details, suffice it to say that on the backdrop of the peculiar situation, the present petition is filed in this court. Post filing of the petition, there is substantial change in the circumstances and the scenario. The apprehension at the time of filing of the petition now no more survives in view of the changed circumstances and the changed scenario.
