The Petitioner claims payment of subsistence allowance. There are rival claims. The Petitioner may file an Application with the Joint Director of Higher and Technical Education. Upon receipt of the Application from the Petitioner, Joint Director of Higher and Technical Education after hearing the Respondent nos.1 and 2 shall take decision as to the amount of subsistence allowance payable by Respondent nos.1 and 2 to the Petitioner.
