Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned AGP for the Respondents. Against the impugned order, an Appeal is provided under Clause 12 of the Maharashtra Sugar Factories (Reservation of areas and Regulation of Crushing and Sugarcane supply) Order, 1984. A remedy of Appeal is provided to the Petitioner. In view of the availability of an efficacious remedy, we decline to entertain this Petition. Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of by granting a liberty to the Petitioner to adopt the said remedy.
