By this revision petition, the State is challenging the order dated 1st December 2015 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Khed-Rajgurunagar, in Special (Atrocity) Case No.2 of 2014, thereby rejecting the application of the State for recalling witness Vitthal Somaji Pardhi.

The learned advocate appearing for the respondent / accused has placed on record photocopy of the judgment and order passed by the learned Special Judge in Special (Atrocity) Case No.2 of 2014 on 10th June 2016. The learned APP has also not disputed the fact that the special case is now disposed of.

In view of disposal of the special case, nothing survives in the revision petition and the same is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.
