Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following order is passed by consent :

i.

Appeal No. 37 of 2012 pending before the Additional District Court at Khed shall be disposed off within a period of four weeks from today. Thereafter, the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ratnagiri shall proceed with the trial of the Suit being Suit No. 64 of 2012 and dispose off the same within a period of twelve weeks from the date of disposal of the Appeal. If necessary, the learned Judge shall proceed with the matter on day-to-day basis.

ii.

If the Applicant moves the Inspector Incharge of the local police station for any protection or with any grievance, the same shall be forthwith looked into and necessary protection shall be provided.

This order is passed without going into the allegations made by the parties against each other.

The above Misc. Civil Application is accordingly disposed off. v.
