This Petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to the Grievance Redressal Committee instituted for consideration of the grievances of the applicants in respect of allotment of petroleum outlets to take decision in accordance with the regulations and the policy governing the field, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from today and it is accordingly directed. Petitioners are stated to have tendered multiple complaints to the Grievance Redressal committee. Petitioner No.1 claims that he has formulated his objections in the complaint lodged with the Grievance Cell on 09.01.2018.

In view thereof, the Committee shall take appropriate decision as directed above. Petition is disposed of.
