2] Mr. Vora, the learned counsel for the respondent, makes a statement that the Summary Suit No. 3700 of 2013 has already been decreed on 7 April 2015, i.e., even before this Court made an interim order on 10 April 2015.

3] In these circumstances, there is no reason to entertain the present petition, at this stage. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed and the interim order made on 10 April 2015 stands vacated. 4] It is made clear that the dismissal of this writ petition, will not, preclude the petitioners from resorting to remedies, if any, under the law which they have as against the decree made on 7 April 2015.
