In view of nature of the subject matter, there is no impediment to restore the proceeding of the appeal in the interest of substantial justice. Hence, the impugned order passed by this Court dated 06.01.2017 is hereby recalled. The original proceeding bearing Appeal from Order No. 213 of 2014 be restored to its original stage. Registry to take necessary steps for further process. After restoration, appeal be placed for further process in due course.
