Since the order has been passed by the City Survey Officer which is taken exception to by way of the above Petition, it is not necessary for this Court to entertain the above Petition in view of the remedy available to the Petitioners under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code. Hence, by relegating the Petitioners to the said remedy, the above Petition is disposed of.
