Mr. Shaikh, learned counsel for the Applicant states that during the pendency of this Application, charge sheet has been filed and that the Applicant wishes to file Bail Application before the trial Court. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the Application with liberty to file fresh Application before the trial Court. Leave with liberty is granted. Bail Application stands dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter. In the event fresh Application is filed, the same shall be decided on its own merits and in accordance with the law.
