Learned APP, upon instructions stating that the charge-sheet would be submitted in the matter on or before 25.2.2015, the learned counsel for the Applicant has sought leave to withdraw the application with liberty to the Applicant to approach the appropriate forum for bail after submission of the charge-sheet.

In the said premises, the application stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
