Learned APP on instructions from Mr. Suraj Jagtap, Police Sub Inspector, attached to Kashimira Police Station, Thane submitted that, investigation of the present crime is completed. That, no evidence is found against the Petitioner herein and therefore his name is included in form No. (c) of the charge-sheet stating that, no charge is submitted against him. The report dated 23rd June, 2023 duly signed by Mr. Suraj Jagtap is produced on record.

In view thereof, present Petition for quashing of C.R.No. 770 of 2022, registered with Kashimira Police Station, Thane, does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
