Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This is yet another petition wherein writ of mandamus is sought under writ jurisdiction at the first instance, where the Petitioner has not made any attempt whatsoever making a demand before approaching this Court. The pleadings in the petition are pleadings on law annexing the judgments of this Court and the Government Resolutions.

In these circumstances, we are not inclined to examine the petition at the first instance. Out of indulgence we have not

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
