This Civil Application seeks to bring on record legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No.2. The application has been duly served on the Respondents. There is no reply to the application, though an Advocate has filed appearance on behalf of the Respondents. For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).

Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. The Applicant/Petitioner is permitted to delete Deoram Laxman Gund, whose name appears as Respondent No.2(a) and 3 to the Civil Application and who is the husband of Respondent No.2 herein (since deceased).
